The objective of VMK Racing is to enter the FIA Formula 1 World Championship by purchasing the assets of an existing entry and raising funds for the upcoming campaign through the Internet.
VMK Racing is offering individuals and small to mid-sized businesses the ability to take part in the so-called “pinnacle of motor sport” through unique business and sponsorship opportunities by opening up the sponsorship spectrum which was traditionally the exclusive domain of large companies.
Sponsor Packages start at 1000 EUR per season, renewable January 1st every year before the start of the championship.
Interested parties can choose from one of the available sponsorship packages found here.
Sponsorship funds would be held in trust by an attorney until a signed purchase agreement is in place with the selling Formula1 entity before the start of the F1 Season.
Once such an agreement is in place, funds will be transfered from the trust account to the newly formed ownership company.
Otherwise, if no valid sales agreement is reached, funds will be returned by the trustee to the contributors.
VMK Racing would like to offer sponsorship opportunities starting at a low entry level, while offering a great ROI (Return on Investment) by getting as much exposure as possible using Internet and other various marketing techniques. With millions of viewers every year, Formula 1 is the most watched motor sport on the planet.
Your company can be listed on our website for as low as 20 EUR per year. That website will be prominently featured on our race cars, transporters, driver and crew overalls. This in turn will attract hundreds of thousands of visitors to the website giving our sponsors a great ROI.
Other perks included with our sponsorship packages too, like: raffles for tickets to F1 race weekends, free or discounted merchandise, and the chance to win the rights to use a full scale F1 mock-up car for an entire year for business promotional purposes.
Day to Day operations would be run by the existing management team currently in place. My responsibility as owner of VMK Racing is to co-ordinate the implementation of all the aspects of the sponsorship packages.( ie: Making sure the website features all sponsors, oversee website developments, mail systems etc. )
